well...

Two words:
Catlyn
Savado...
As a native Chicagoan and youth grassroots organizer, I watched how collective people power could transform government systems. But I also realize how much of my youth has been occupied by ideology, politics, and the new age of the world.
As a current Political Science student at the University of Southern California, I am invested in the restoration of justice for black people across the African diaspora. I believe in liberation for black people around the world and I believe in the self determination it will take to envision, transpire, and spark the fires of our liberation.
Growing up on the Southside of Chicago was God's greatest gift to me. I witnessed the type of community, strength, love, and preservation that transcended racial separation, projects, and stereotypes
I find myself writing poetry, creating art work and editing documentary videos in my spare time. And with this website I look to share my work, ideas, and art in act of digitally reclaiming our relationship to technology as a mean of defying standards thru mass political education & communication as an act of preserving communities across America. Here I wish to amplify not only my voice and thoughts but anyone reading and watching.

And finally, I believe we have nothing to lose but our chains.
